The selected candidates will undergo training for a period of one year on a consolidated stipend of Rs.54, 880/- per month. They are also entitled to Provident Fund and leave as per rules in force of the Company.
On successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Engineer in the scale of pay of Rs.40,000-3%-1,40,000/- and will be entitled to other benefits like DA, HRA & Fringe benefits,etc., as per policy in force from time to time.

Selection Process:
What is the selection process for the vacancy of ECIL –in detail below;
Basically, the selection methodology will comprise a two-stage selection process i.e. –
- Firstly, Marks as per the GATE 2022 Score and
- Secondly, Personal Interview.
GATE 2022 Score: Shortlisting of candidates for Personal Interviews will be done in order of merit based on the marks obtained in the GATE- 2022 examination. Basically, a minimum number of candidates called for Interviews will be in the ratio of 1:4. In case of more than one candidate has the same GATE score, then the candidate who has scored higher marks in the B Tech./BE will be called for an interview.
Personal Interview: Only the Short Listed candidates will be called for a Personal Interview in Hyderabad. Basically, candidates will be allowed to take part in the Personal Interview process only after successful completion of the Document Verification process. The date, time, and venue of the interview will be intimated by mail / SMS. The same will be hosted on our website.
