Let’s see how to apply online for this ration card: –
- First you have to go to the official website of the Central Government NFSA https://nfsa.gov.in/.
- Then you need to click on the Sign In / Register option on the far right of the website.
- There you will be given two options. Between these two options, click on the Public Log In option.
- Then you will be given three options again respectively:
- Sign-in With Aadhar OTP (in this case those whose phone number is associated with the Aadhar card can do it),
- Sign in With Login OTP (This option is applicable for those who sign in for the first time), Sign in With Ration card no (Those who have already got a ration card can sign in with a ration card number).
- Now you have to go to Sign in With Login OTP and click on New User.
- will have a page open where you have to fill in all the information correctly. Anyone with a login ID will check if the ID is available.

- In the case of validation mode, select the Aadhaar number.

- Now go to Sign in With Login OTP, fill in the login ID, password, and captcha code and submit then you can sign in.
- Then a new web page will appear in front of you. If you click on its left side, you will get the option to apply for a new ration card. Clicking on that option will bring up the application form.
- All the information on the form has to be filled in properly and the picture of the applicant has to be uploaded.
- You will be given a reference number after completing and submitting the form correctly. With this number, you will be able to check the status of the ration card later.
