Recruitment of BEL 2022 (Last Date): Bharat Electronics Limited has released a notification for the Recruitment of Project Engineer and Trainee Engineer.

Educational Qualification:

What is the educational qualification for the recruitment of Bharat Electronics as a Project Engineer & Trainee Engineer –in detail below;

Trainee Engineer: B.E/BE.Tech/B.Sc (4 years course) from recognised Institute/University/College in the following Engineering disciplines – Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science

Project Engineer:  B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineer (4 years course) from recognised Institute/University/College in the following Engineering disciplines – Electronics/Computer Science/Mechanical/Civil Engineering/Electrical.

Age Limit: (As on 23.03.2022)

Trainee Engineer – The age limit should be not more than 28 years for General & EWS candidates.

Project Engineer – The age limit should be not more than 32 years for General & EWS candidates.

Salary: (Pay Scale)

Trainee Engineer -30,000-40,000/-

Project Engineer -40,000-55,000/-

Documents Required:

a) Scanned Passport size photo

b) SSLC/SSC/ISC marks card or any other valid documents as proof of date of birth.

c) Final degree/ Provisional Degree certificate of relevant qualification.

d) Proof of norms for CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or letter grade/document for percentage/class issued by University/Institution/College.

e) Caste /Tribe/Community/Disability/Economic status Certificate

f) Post qualification work experience certificate/s from previous/ current employer.

g) Candidate employed on permanent/fixed term basis in Govt./Quasi Govt. and Public Sectors Undertaking should compulsorily submit the ‘No Objection Certificate’ along with the application.

h) Candidates employed on temporary basis in Govt./Quasi Govt. and Public Sector Undertaking should compulsorily submit Offer of Appointment and latest payslip.

• Trainee Engineer – I: Rs.150 + 18% GST
• Project Engineer –: Rs.400 + 18% GST

Selection Procedure For BEL Recruitment 2022:

What is the selection process for the recruitment of BEL 2022 –in detail below;

• Aggregate marks scored in their relevant degree qualification -75%
• 2.5 marks for minimum stipulated post qualification experience and additional 1.25 marks for every additional 6 months of relevant experience, up to a maximum of 10 marks -10%
• Interview for Shortlisted candidates -15%
• The candidate will be shortlisted for the interviews based on the above criteria (out of 85 marks), in the ratio of 1:5
• Intimation on conducting video-based interviews will be sent to the E-mail ID provided by the candidate. Candidates are required to comply with the instructions indicated therein. The results of the final selection will be available on the BEL website.
