Utasashree Portal Login 2021: The West Bengal government recently announced a new portal known as Utsashree or Utshashree for Teachers. Using this portal, teachers from all over West Bengal can request a transfer to a school near their home or in their own home district.
The West Bengal government also stated that this will be done so that teachers don’t have to stay away from their homes in order to do their jobs.

Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be a West Bengal government/government aided school teacher (primary, high, upper primary school teacher).
- You must have complete 5 years of service at your present school and post.
- You must not have taken any transfer recently, if taken, you can’t apply for 5 years.
- You must not have rejected any previous transfer order, if done, you can’t apply for 7 years.
- You must not be suspended at present.
- You must not have any school related ongoing court case.

How to apply on West Bengal Utsashree Portal Online 2021?
- First go to the Official website: Link
- Now click on “Apply for Transfer”.
- A new page will open.
- In this page, enter your OSMS type, School District, Circle/subdivision, Teacher Unique Code and PAN and then login to the portal.
- A new page will open. Click on General transfer and then on self initiated transfer.
- Now select prefered district, circle/sub-division and school from the dropdown option.
- Click on check vacancy to see if vacancy is available at the selected school. If no vacancy available, select a different school.
- Click on add more school to check and select more schools with vacancies.
- Now select the appropriate reason of transfer from the dropdown options.
- Upload supporting documents.
- Fill the rest of the form (If applicable to you).
- Now click the checkbox and click on proceed.
- Now a popup will appear.
- Click on OK.
- Now click the checkbox again and click on finalize. Please verify the data before clicking on finalize as you cannot change it afterwards.
- Now click on Yes.
- You form will be sucessfully submitted.
