About all 5 West Bengal Farmers Schemes
- Krishak Bondhu: Krishak Bondhu is a project launched by the state government of West Bengal, through which farmers are paid between Rs 4,000 and Rs 10,000. This money is given in two installments. The kharif season installments will be paid between the end of June and July.
- Farmer Friend (Mortality Assistance): – If a farmer in the age group of 18-60 years in the state commits suicide due to various reasons such as crop failure, non-profit, etc., his family is given Rs. 2 lakh as financial assistance. If a farmer dies in such an unfortunate manner this year, his family will be compensated Rs. 200,000

- Bangla Shasya Bima: – If your agricultural land has been damaged due to any natural calamity or any other reason, then you can get compensation through the Bangla Shasya Bima scheme. The amount of compensation will depend on the amount of land you have damaged. If you have applied for this project, you can also get that money within this month.
- Bengali Krishi Sech Yojana (Krishi Sech Yojana): – Through this project, the government provides financial assistance to the farmers for irrigation work. Financial assistance is provided to buy necessary equipment for irrigation. Those who have applied for this project can get between Rs 20,000 and Rs 60,000 by July. The amount of money will depend on your application and the cost of irrigation work.

- Agricultural mechanization: – This project provides financial assistance to the farmers for purchasing machinery for cultivation. You can first buy the agricultural machinery at the actual price then if you have applied for this project then half of the money to buy the machinery is paid directly to your bank account as a subsidy. So if you apply for this project, you can get the money within the month of July.
- Agricultural Infrastructure Grants: – Farmers are given financial assistance to help in the field of agriculture in terms of infrastructure. The maximum financial grant for this project is Rs. 2 lakhs. Those who have applied for this project can get the money by July.
